Go to www.Blogger.com
Login with GMail account.

Click on New Blog.

Set Title and Address of Blog.

Select Template for your Blog.

Click on Create Blog.
Now you have successfully created your blog in minutes.

Note: You must select a title which peoples are searching for. Your title and address will be same. If you used different title and Address then it will not rank for that particular keyword.

Title and description plays the main role in ranking any web page. If you have not optimized your blog title and description then you must immediately optimize your title and description to gain rankings in google and other search engines. To add description in blogger, you must follow the instructions given below.

Go to your blog Settings > Basic Tab.

Put your 150 characters description there.

Now click on search preferences and enable the description.
